How often should I have my boiler serviced?
Your boiler should be serviced annually to ensure it's running safely and efficiently. Regular servicing can also help prevent breakdowns and may be required to maintain your manufacturer's warranty.
What should I do if my boiler breaks down?
First, check your thermostat settings and ensure your boiler has power and adequate pressure. If the problem persists, call us on 07908 257066 and we'll arrange to visit as soon as possible.
How quickly can you respond to emergency call-outs?
We aim to respond to emergency calls as quickly as possible, often on the same day. Contact us on 07908 257066 and we'll do our best to help you promptly.
What areas do you cover?
I cover Southend-on-Sea and surrounding areas within a 10-mile radius.
Are you Gas Safe registered?
Yes, I am fully Gas Safe registered, which means we're qualified and legally authorised to work safely on gas appliances.
MY TOILET WON’T STOP FLUSHING. WHAT CAN I DO?
If you can safely isolate the toilet fill valve (most toilets will have these isolation valves), you can use a flat head screw driver and shut off the water supply to the toilet. This will save water until someone can attend the issue and repair or replace the valve.
